Baby stroller recall consumer alert!

One million baby strollers from Maclaren are being recalled due to finger injuries, including amputations. The recall was announced after 12 children lost their fingers in a hinge mechanism on the stroller while they were being opened or closed.

The strollers on the recall list are sold at Babies 'R' Us (1 in Marin City; 1 in San Rafael) and Target stores (1 in Novato). Here is a list of the types of Maclaren strollers that have been recalled.
