An Amber Alert has been issued for a one year-old baby who was allegedly abducted by her father, James Raphael Whitty Mitchell of Novato, who is also suspected of beating the child's mother to death with a baseball bat.
Mitchell is reportedly traveling in a Gold Honda Accord, license plate #5XAT527. The girl is wearing a pink and white jumpsuit. According to KTVU, Mitchell is armed and dangerous and has threatened to kill any law enforcement personnel who come in contact with him. The assault was reported shortly before 7 p.m. in Novato on Diablo Court.
this guy is the son of James Mitchell of one of the infamous Mitchell Brothers!
