"Dutch"
By Kay Ryan-
Much of life
is Dutch
one-digit
operationsin which
legions of
big robust
people crouchbehind
badly cracked
dike systemsattached
by the thumbstheir wide
balloon-pantsed rumps
up-ended to the
northern sunwhile, back
in town, little
black-suspendered
tulip-magnates
stride around.
